Omaha has a lot of interesting Thai places but we keep coming back here because the food is really good. I particularly like their version of papaya salad or som tum, which can be adjusted in heat level and has a good texture. Spring rolls and all of the other basic noodle dishes and curries are great. Prices are good as well.
